This summer, the dedicated team at Paradigm Mechanical Corp. proudly volunteered at the FCL Camp Teen Girls (formerly Camp NAWIC). This empowering weeklong camp introduces teenage girls to exciting careers in construction. We had the privilege of educating 60 first-time campers about the rewarding opportunities in plumbing and HVAC, inspiring them to explore these fields.

At our quarterly PMC All-Hands Meeting, we reviewed company goals and strengthened team dynamics with a fun marshmallow tower challenge. The activity boosted our planning, communication, and collaboration skills—key to our project success and aligned with our mission to excel together toward quarterly and annual objectives.
