PMC Partners with City of El Cajon on HVAC Upgrade Project

Paradigm Mechanical Corp. is proud to announce its recent contract award for the City of El Cajon.

PMC is to provide professional design-build services for the installation of modern heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in various City-owned gymnasiums, which may also serve as evacuation sites during emergencies.

Paradigm is upgrading HVAC Systems at (4) separate city-owned facilities, which include Renette Recreation Center, Hillside Recreation Center, Kennedy Recreation Center, and Bostonia Recreation Center. As a company rooted in southern California, Paradigm Mechanical Corp. takes pride in contributing to local developments. The City of El Cajon Project represents another milestone in the company’s purpose: to solve complex challenges for our clients in ways others won’t or can’t.

Work on the project is slated to begin in February 2025, with completion anticipated in July 2025. Paradigm looks forward to collaborating with city officials and subcontractors to ensure the project’s success.
