Our Foundation

In 2010, Melinda Dicharry founded Paradigm Mechanical Corp. with a clear vision: to elevate customer service standards in the construction industry.

The company started with just three employees in a modest 1,800-square-foot building. Fueled by rapid growth, Paradigm moved to a 9,000-square-foot facility in Lemon Grove, CA, by 2012 and grew our team to 25 in just two years.

By 2014, we gained national recognition and began to achieve strategic milestones.

Between 2015 and 2019, we won some notable contracts.

Our momentum did not go unnoticed. In 2017, the San Diego Business Journal named Paradigm one of the Top 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in San Diego County, based on its percentage increase in revenue from fiscal year 2013 to 2016.
