Melinda launched Paradigm Mechanical Corporation in 2010 with a mission to elevate customer service and bring a family-like approach to the construction industry. Under her guidance, the company has continued to grow—most recently through the acquisition of San Diego Refrigeration, expanding Paradigm’s HVAC and refrigeration services throughout Southern California.
