Paradigm Mechanical Corp All-Hands Meeting

At our quarterly PMC All-Hands Meeting, we focused on setting and reviewing our quarterly and annual goals. We also enjoyed a fun team-building activity: a friendly competition to construct the tallest freestanding structure with a marshmallow on top. This exercise highlighted and improved our skills in planning, communication, and teamwork, directly relating these skills to our ongoing projects and goals.
