  • Sector: Government

  • Service: HVAC, General Construction

  • Client: NAVFAC Southwest

  • Location: Twentynine Palms, CA

  • Year Completed: 2024

  • Contracted Amount: $680,000

  • Overview: Paradigm applied a two-inch (2") spray foam insulation system to the exterior of prefabricated metal structures on base, enhancing thermal performance and weather resistance.

The scope included comprehensive building preparation—removal of doors, conduit, and lighting, as well as the enclosure of all vents and skylights — to ensure a clean and continuous application. The spray foam system consisted of a full two-component process, including surface preparation, primer application, and a protective finish coat.

In conjunction with the insulation work, Paradigm performed metal building repairs, installed new metal trim, and replaced both man doors and roll-up doors to complete the building envelope upgrade.
