  • Overview: Paradigm transformed an existing all-hands club into a fully functional emergency operations center.

    The scope included the complete demolition of the tile flooring, the removal and replacement of all HVAC equipment, and the construction of a dedicated server room outfitted with redundant cooling systems and server racks. We upgraded the fire protection system, replaced all doors and storefront glazing, and completed a full electrical and lighting upgrade.

    Additional improvements included the installation of new HVAC controls, exterior patch and repair work, concrete floor sealing, and the build-out of a new kitchenette to support the operational needs of the facility.
