Client: NAVFAC Southwest
Location: Twentynine Palms, CA
Year Completed: 2025
Contracted Amount: $530,000
Overview: Paradigm Mechanical delivered a comprehensive turnkey HVAC upgrade at Building 1330, managing all construction planning, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes.
The scope included the installation of a new 40-ton R-410A package unit and air handling unit (AHU), along with all associated heat/refrigerant piping, electrical wiring, and conduit.
Paradigm performed on-site verification of all sizing and routing for equipment, ductwork, electrical, and condensate lines. All units were installed with 2” filters and clearly labeled with signage matching unit numbers to disconnects and breaker panels. Serial and model numbers, as well as final unit locations, were documented and submitted to the Government at project closeout.
Work included new breakers, fuses, disconnects, and valves matching the performance of existing components. Paradigm also commissioned the HVAC system and climate control interface to ensure seamless integration with existing controls and a fully operational, code-compliant final product.
