The team at Paradigm Mechanical Corp. had an inspiring day introducing 70 teenage girls to basic plumbing and HVAC at Camp NAWIC San Diego in June 2023. This free, one-of-a-kind, week-long girls-only camp empowers teens to learn about different trades while cultivating teamwork, leadership, and mentoring skills. We had a great time teaching the girls and sharing more about the promising career opportunities in our field.
