The company earned this prestigious credential for its commitment to corporate responsibility. Only 450 of the nation’s elite merit shop construction contractors earned the credential last year.

Paradigm achieved a three-year sales growth of 2,349.54%, elevating them to the No. 168 rank on the 2014 Inc. 500 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies. Paradigm was also one of the Top 10 women-led companies on the list, No. 4 among construction companies, and No. 3 out of 113 San Diego Metro companies to make the Inc. 500/5000 list.

Paradigm Founder and CEO Melinda Dicharry was honored by SD Metro Magazine as a “40 Under 40 Class of 2014” honoree. The 14th-annual 40 Under 40 Awards ceremony honored 40 people who excelled professionally while also contributing to their chosen trade and local community.

In 2014, Paradigm ranked No. 18 out of 45 local women-owned businesses. The San Diego Business Journal Women-Owned Business list was compiled based on 2013 gross revenues. In its second consecutive year on the list, Paradigm reported a 21% increase in revenues over 2012 – and moved up from No. 22 to No. 18.
