Founder and CEO Melinda Dicharry was honored by the SD Metro magazine as 40 Under 40 Class of 2014 honoree.

The 14th annual 40 Under 40 awards ceremony honored 40 men and women under the age of 40 who have excelled in their professional lives as well as contributed to their professional trade and local community. Teran Breceda, current president of NAWIC San Diego Chapter #21 and owner of Breceda Landscape, nominated Dicharry for the prestigious honor.

Dicharry was honored at the organization’s 55th Anniversary Executive Night on April 8, 2014.

The 20th Annual Women Who Mean Business program honored women who have excelled in their professional lives as well as contributed to the vitality of the city’s cultural, education, arts, and social service institutions. Kathy Nelson of On Track Success Coaching nominated Dicharry for the honor.
