Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for management of San Diego HVAC retrofit projects: wet, dry and plumbing. This includes the achievement of the project’s objectives and goals with respect to contracting, scheduling, coordination, estimating, major material procurement and taking appropriate actions to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and with defined resources, while ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. The Project Team works together to insure the satisfaction of the expectations of the Client/Owner.
HVAC Sales Account Manager
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing sales of San Diego HVAC retrofit projects: wet, dry and plumbing. This includes identifying, targeting and qualifying new customers to increase the base of customers; consulting on the upgrade and enhancements of the customer’s current facility infrastructures, selling service and maintenance contracts for mechanical systems — all in an effort to achieve the sales goals of the company. This person must have industry experience as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pipefitter and Sheet Metal Installer
