Our Community

Paradigm is proud to call Southern California home, and we believe in giving back to the communities that support us. Through hands-on education, youth mentorship, and charitable partnerships, we aim to create lasting impact.

We support the FCL Camp Teen Girls San Diego, a free summer camp that introduces teen girls to construction trades like plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and more. The expert technicians at Paradigm provide hands-on experiences for the students to learn about plumbing, HVAC and sheet metal.. We also partner with the Boys & Girls Clubs of East County, helping them keep membership fees low and expand access to vital enrichment programs for youth across El Cajon, Lakeside, La Mesa, and Santee.

Training & Oversight
Every team member receives OSHA-compliant training from day one. We reinforce safety through job-specific hazard analyses, weekly tailgate talks, monthly company-wide discussions, and regular tool checks.
