Paradigm Mechanical Corporation Named One of San Diego’s Fastest Growing Companies
San Diego, Calif. August 5, 2014 — Paradigm Mechanical Corp., a woman-owned small business mechanical contracting company, is pleased to announce it ranked 17 on the San Diego Business Journal’s 2014 Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies list.
Paradigm Mechanical Corp. was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as one of San Diego County’s top 100 fastest growing companies based on its percentage increase in revenue between fiscal years 2011 and 2013. With a reported 194 percent growth, Paradigm ranked 17. To be considered for the prestigious listing, companies needed to be privately held, based in San Diego County and have generated revenues in excess of $200,000 in 2011. The data sources used were the companies, CPA attestation letters and San Diego Business Journal list files.
CEO, President and Founder, Melinda Dicharry accepted Paradigm’s Fastest Growing Private Company plaque from San Diego Business Journal President and Publisher, Armon Mills. The 11th annual awards presentation was held at the Paradise Point Resort & Spa in San Diego on July 10. The private reception included attendees not only from the fastest growing 100 companies, but also from 35 honorable mention companies.
Just ten days prior to receiving this prestigious honor, Paradigm Mechanical Corp. ranked #18 out of 45 local women owned businesses. The San Diego Business Journal Women-Owned Business June 30, 2014 list was compiled based on a company’s 2013 gross revenues. In its second consecutive year of making the list, Paradigm reported a 21 percent increase in revenues over 2012 and moved up from #22 to #18 on the list.
